Do you have MOQ for Mining Machine?

No MOQ, you can buy any mining machine quantity your need.

How to get a quote?

Can l pick-up the machine by myself?

Yes, we support self pick-up. And if you have your own forwarder, we will ship themachine to your forwarder’s address. We only guarantee logistics for domestictransportation, and subsequent international transportation should be arrangedwith your forwarder.

Can l visit your warehouse in person before placing an order?

Yes, we welcome our customers from all over the world to visit our warehouses. if itis not convient for you, we can send you pictures or videos upon request.

How can l track my package?

Do l need a Coinbase commercial account to pay with cryptocurrency?

It is unnecessary to use a Coinbase commercial account to do the payment foryour orders, you can use any cryptocurrency account you have to do the payment.

Can I get refund?

If you have the defect machine and it’s under the warranty, then we can assist you to contact the manufacturer to fix the machine.

How do you pay customs charges?

Most importers and exporters will have a freight forwarder or customs broker thatpays customs charges on their behalf, saving them the trouble of paying itthemselves. lf the importer manages their own shipments, they’l typically be sentan invoice detailing the charges once the goods arrive in the country. These willneed to be paid before the goods are released for onward transport.In certain circumstances, the importer won’t be liable for the payment of importcharges. lt will depend which incoterms (International Commercial Terms) hasbeen agreed between the importer and supplier (exporter).

How long does customs clearance take?

Customs clearance is typically completed in minutes or hours, but it can extend todays or weeks if there are missing documentation or if the goods needs to beinspected. in such cases the goods will be held until the necessary documentationhas been provided or customs agents have completed their checks.

What documentation is required for customs clearance?

The amount of documentation required for customs clearance will vary by countrybut the following documents are required in the majority of countries:

• Packing list
• Bill of lading or air waybill
• Certificate of origin

How long does it take for the machines in stock to be shipped out?

Machines in stock will be dispatched within 3-7 business days. lf there are special circumstances, we will contact you to discuss the solution.

When will the futures be shipped out?

The shipping date of futures will be determined according to information from themanufacturer. And we will mark the expected delivery time on the product pagefor reference.We will arrange the shipment as soon as we receive the machines.

What should l do if my package has not been updated for a long time?

If there is an abnormality in the logistics process, please contact our salesrepresentative or consult the logistics company for verification.

Will the used machines be tested before shipment?

Although there is no warranty or after-sales service for used machines, we willsend test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the parcel to you, ensuringthat there is no problem with the machine before shipment.

How long does it take to arrive after shipment?

Generally, it takes 5-10 business days to arrive after shipment. DDP will take about15 business days. However, if there are any issues during customs clearance, theremay be some delays. lf the receiver has experience with importing goods orcustoms clearance, it can help facilitate the process.

What about miner quality warranty?

For brand new miner machines, they are under the official warranty. The warranty of different models may vary so please contact us to confirm the exact time frame.

For second hand crypto mining machines:

1.After the payment is completed, the miner is arranged to be tested. Only the mining device is passed the testing, it will be sent out to the customer.

2.We will take a video with the machine’s series number and date to confirm the integrity of the item before shipment. If the customer does not purchase the transportation insurance, the damage caused by the transportation will be borne by the customer.

What should l do if my machine fails?

The LeedMiner Service Center is staffed by experienced experts who are familiar withall models of ASlC miners on the market. if necessary, they are ready to provideyou with professional help and repair your mining equipment. if the problemcannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to sendthe device to our center for repair.
