If you have the defect machine and it’s under the warranty, then we can assist you to contact the manufacturer to fix the machine.

Although there is no warranty or after-sales service for used machines, we willsend test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the parcel to you, ensuringthat there is no problem with the machine before shipment.
Generally, it takes 5-10 business days to arrive after shipment. DDP will take about15 business days. However, if there are any issues during customs clearance, theremay be some delays. lf the receiver has experience with importing goods orcustoms clearance, it can help facilitate the process.
For brand new miner machines, they are under the official warranty. The warranty of different models may vary so please contact us to confirm the exact time frame.
For second hand crypto mining machines:
1.After the payment is completed, the miner is arranged to be tested. Only the mining device is passed the testing, it will be sent out to the customer.
2.We will take a video with the machine’s series number and date to confirm the integrity of the item before shipment. If the customer does not purchase the transportation insurance, the damage caused by the transportation will be borne by the customer.
